Mears New Homes
The new block of affordable homes will include one and two bedroom flats wrapped around a courtyard and six three bedroom houses designed with families in mind. The houses are provided with two off-street parking spaces each, while 24 spaces will be created for the flats.
Whilst we are a specialist brickwork contractor, we also undertake all aspects of groundworks. For your property extension, we will clear the site, excavate all footings, concrete footings, install all drainage, prepare oversites and external ground, build all substructure brickwork and blockwork, install block and beam flooring or traditional oversite if required, install various types of rainwater and soakaway systems, remove all soil and waste from excavations and provide all our own machinery.

Working with Farran we have delivered the £25m redevelopment of Barnfield College, as part of a wider redevelopment project for the local education facility, delivering a new four storey, prestigious building complete with central atrium and modern teaching facilities for further education.
Developers, general builders and homeowners need extensions to be carefully planned and constructed. Any type of room addition needs multiple tradespeople onsite. We fulfil the combined roles of groundworkers and brickwork contractors. Our company clears land, excavates and prepares the ground for foundations before starting construction.
Brick hill Construction
Bidwell West Local Centre, Houghton Regis, Central Bedfordshire – A development of 52 apartments in partnership with Hightown Housing Association.
Farmers View, Slip End, Central Bedfordshire was a development of 17 three and four bedroom homes on the edge of the village and with great views of the countryside, of which five houses were sold to Paradigm Housing.
Brickwork and Blockwork
With the groundworks completed, our specialist bricklayers take care of the external brickwork, blockwork and stonework. Our personnel have City & Guilds and NVQ qualifications. Most property extensions are undertaken for local customers in the domestic sector. We work to the specification set by their own architect and the drawings provided.

We take every care to ensure everything is in place from an exact brick match to making sure the new brickwork does not jeopardise the existing brickwork whilst ensuring the construction of new to old is seamless.
